Pleasant and bright apartment in marine style, recently renovated. Located in Livorno in a quiet building on the mezzanine floor. It has a parking lot inside a courtyard that allows you to directly reach the private garden from which you access the apartment.

Moving from outside to inside you will find yourself in the living room, equipped with a full kitchen, a table and a small sofa. Communicating with the living room there is a room with a French sofa bed, a 47'' TV and a study corner. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, heating and mosquito nets. We will provide tea, herbal teas and coffee for your stay.

Sleeping area and relaxation

The double bedroom is designed for rest after a day by the sea in Livorno: a comfortable bed, a spacious wardrobe and mosquito nets at every window. The connecting living room features a French sofa bed that brings the capacity up to 4 guests in full comfort. Air conditioning and heating are provided in every room.

Kitchen and living area

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, washing machine and dining area: you will have everything you need to live the home as your own. The study corner with high-speed Wi-Fi makes the apartment ideal for those combining holiday and remote work, while the 47'' TV completes the living area.

The private garden with deckchairs, table and umbrella is the heart of the Enjoy Toscana experience: the perfect space for outdoor breakfasts and warm summer evenings.
